一、合约标的
1.加工项目：以甲方订单为准,订单经甲方签章发送乙方后,乙方应在2个工作日内加盖公章回传甲方.

六Quality Guarantee
Party B to ensure that the foundry products assembled in full compliance with the Party's plans noodle,specifications,samples and other requirements and process for its assembly operations (not including the quality of design and materials) to provide warranty service free of charge.Processed products such as party B does not exist Party technical specifications,or other defects,such as the existence of circumstances,resulting in the loss of Party A happen,have the right to request Party B to return the corresponding processing fees paid,and requested all the losses of their party B compensation.
七Security obligations
Party A to Party B by any technical information and samples belong to the scope of Security,Party B shall not be disclosed to third parties; this about and processing costs also belong to the scope of Security,either party shall not be disclosed to a third person.Party B in violation of this agreement such as some or all of the obligations,the Party have the right to premature termination of this contract,and party B the right to ask for damages.
