with those different from him/her; defends ture form outsiders; acoids
conflict and the noise of differing views and agendas; doesn't see
the business value of diversity; treats everybody the same without
regard to their differences; very narrow and ethnocentric; believes his/
her group to be superior; may carry around negative and demeaning
stereotypes he/she has trouble getting rid of.
