信用证是国际结算中占主导地位的一种结算方式,因其操作简便、风险相对较小的特点,在全球国际贸易结算中使用最为广泛.然而,由于信用证结算方式是“纯粹的单据交易”方式,使其在实际应用中经常为不法者所利用,从而使其对各当事人充满了变数,给贸易双方及银行带来了很大风险.本文分别从信用证的各方当事人所面临的风险和其对应的防范措施作了详细介绍,以期在实践中有所借鉴和帮助.
