Agree:1.nowadays the society is changing rapidly,young people can better adapt to the changing society,we should not expect them to follow
2.Although young people lack of practical experience,they can learn better from their own frustration but not from predecessors' experience.
3.The society is calling for imagination and innovation,if we expect young always to follow there wouldn't be any innovational thought and idea.
It's too difficult to standby the latter point,so I recommend the former
