这两个句子根本就没错。1 the mountain viliage 在后面的定语从句中做地点状语所以用where不用which
2 the days 在后面的定语从句中做时间状语所以用when 不用which

这两个句子都没错
第一句stay是及物动词，后面一定要加宾语，而这里stay后面没有宾语，所以这里用where不是定语从句，应该是状语从句，where就是作为stay的宾语。
第二句work是不及物动词，后面不加宾语，所以这个句子是一个定语从句。
